The cost of our services would depend on the item specifications provided to us. You can request a quote through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

We cannot give you a price in an instant as the quotation takes 1-2 days. For us to accurately quote the price, we advise you to provide complete details in the quotation form. 

The minimum order quantity for custom boxes is 1,000 pcs per size and design. 

Yes. You need to submit a sample peg of the design or layout you desire for your custom packaging. We offer FREE layout services, allowing up to three revisions for minimal redesign, provided you have your own logo. Any additional revisions beyond the initial three will result in a fee for each subsequent revision. We encourage you to carefully review your project to maximize the benefits of the

allocated free corrections.

We will send the final quotation and downpayment invoice via messenger and email.  Afterward, you will be required to make a 50% Downpayment to confirm your order. You need to send the proof of deposit to us so the Design Team can start working on the lay-out and design.

We accept a variety of file formats, including PDF, JPG, PNG, and more. Please check our website or contact us if you have any questions about file formats.

Our payment options for customized packaging are online deposits, bank cheque deposits, Gcash and cash payments.

Yes. Once you approve your lay-out, we will provide a prototype or digital mock-up to see what your packaging would look like with fully printed graphics and template/diecut lines before entering mass productions. We will only proceed with mass production after you have finally approved the sample mock-up by signing the approval form. 

1. Lay-out: The lav-out process will take 2-5 working days from the date of the client's submission.

2. Mock-up/Prototype: Once the lay-out is approved, the mock-up/prototype will be completed within 1-3 working days.

3. Mass Production: The mass production phase will take 10-18 working days from the date of the approved mock-up.
